- DOA (Dead on Arrival): 7 days from delivery date
- Manufacturing Defects: 15 days from delivery date
- Warranty Claims: As per manufacturer's warranty terms

- Wrong Item Shipped: 7 days from delivery date
- Quantity Errors: 7 days from delivery date
4. Return Process
